HOW TO DEAL WITH A NON-CONFORMITY?

People  make  mistakes.  Error  is  inherent  in  human  activity!

The  implantation  of  a  Quality  Management  System  in  the  laboratory  permits  standardization  and  control  of  the  processes,  making  traceability  possible.  It  also  allows  that,  when  a  non-conformity  is  detected,  a  corrective  action  is  started,  so  that  the  non-conformity  does  not  occur  again.

To  deal  with  a  Non-Conformity  it  is  necessary  to  reach  the  root  cause,  and   the  most  usual  way  is  to  use  the  Quality  Tools.  There  are  several,  such  as:
