Muestras-control virtuales del PRO-EXVirtual control samples of PRO – EX
Con el objetivo de mejorar la homogeneidad de las muestras de los Programas Avanzados del PRO-EX y acompañando las tendencias del desarrollo tecnológico internacional, el PNCQ pone a disposición algunas muestras-control virtuales, que el Laboratorio Participante puede acceder en el Área Restricta, a partir del Lote Abierto.
Al contrario de las imágenes estáticas, utilizadas en atlas y libros, que acaban no siendo semejantes a las que observan en la microscopia de la rutina del laboratorio, las muestras virtuales del PNCQ permiten analizar las imágenes de manera similar a las láminas montadas con muestras de los pacientes.
Las imágenes son generadas em un microscopio Olympus VS 120 de alta tecnología, que permite simular la visualización de toda la lámina (con movimientos del charriot), usar el zoom (con objetivas variables de 0 a 100%), y foco del micrométrico (con el uso de los botones Z↑ y Z↓).
Al abrir la imagen está indicada, en el canto superior izquierdo, la cantidad de ajustes del foco (Frame).

Obs.: Algunos participantes relataron problemas en visualizar la imagen virtual debido a un problema en el plugin del Adobe Flash Player, incluso después de la actualización, pero eso se debe a un bloqueo del propio navegador y para solucionar el problema, basta seguir os pasos descritos en el área restricta.

With the aim of improving sample homogeneity of the Advanced Programs of PRO – EX and following the tendencies of the international technological development, PNCQ provides some virtual control samples, which the Participating Laboratory accesses in the Restricted Area, from the Open Lot.
Different from the static images, used in atlases and books, which don’t resemble microscopy of the laboratory routine, the virtual samples of PNCQ enable us to analyze the images in a similar way to the sample blades of the patients.
The images are generated in the microscope Olympus VS 120 of high technology, which allows to simulate the visualization of all the blade ( charriot movement ), to use the zoom ( with variable objectives from 0 to 100% ), and micrometer focus ( with the use of the buttons Z↑ and Z↓ ).
When you open the image it is indicated, at the top left corner, the amount of focus adjustments ( Frame ).

Obs: Some participants have reported problems to visualize the virtual image due to a problem in the plugin of Adobe Flash Player, even after updating, but this is because of a browser lock and to solve this problem, just follow the steps described in the restricted area.
