The BASIC PROGRAM consists of the following specialities and their respective analytes, that must be analyzed if they make part of the laboratory routine:
Lactic Acid, Uric Acid, Albumin, Alpha 1 Acid Glycoprotein, Amylase, Direct and Total Bilirubin, Calcium, Ionic Calcium, Chlorides, Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, CK, Cholinesterase, Creatinine, Lactic Dehydrogenase (DHL), Alkaline Phosphatase, Iron, Ferritin, Prostatic Acid Phosphatase, Total Acid Phosphatase, Phosphorus, Frutosamine, Gamma Glutamyl Transferase (GGT), Glucose, Lipase, Lithium, Magnesium, Mucus Proteins, Potassium, Total Proteins, Sodium, TGP (ALT) and TGO (AST), TIBC, Transferrin, Triglycerides and Urea.
a. Cell count: Erythrocytes, Leukocytes, Platelets and Reticulocytes;
b. Determination: Hematocrit, Hemoglobin.
a) Syphilis, Chagas Disease, Hepatitis B ( HbsAG), Anti-HIV1/2, ASO, Beta HCG (TIG).
a. Microbiology I ( Manual or Automated ) - Culture for bacterial identification ( genus and, if possible, species) and antimicrobial tests;
b. Microbiology II - Virtual Bacterioscopy: GRAM staining and Ziehl Staining (BAAR).
Identification of protozoans and intestinal helminths in a virtual image.
a. Research of Abnormal Elements;
c. Sediment - Determination in a virtual image.
Educac - Basic Continuous Education.
Questionnaire with 10 multiple choice questions about the different specialities of the clinical laboratory.
Evaluation of the spectrophotometers and photocolorimeters performance. Optional to users who don’t have spectrophotometers and photocolorimeters in their laboratories.
